Hotel Questions

How do I book my hotel room?

The hotel booking is integrated with the conference registration. While you are registering for Connect, you will be asked if you wish to book lodging, and your check-in and check-out dates. Once you complete your Connect registration, you will receive a confirmation of your hotel booking as well.

If you have already registered, and need to book your hotel or make a change to your existing hotel reservation, simply modify your registration to make the necessary changes. You can access the modify page in your confirmation email.

If you have questions, or need to make a change to your reservations, please contact us.

Please do not call the hotel directly, or book outside of the Connect registration system. These bookings will not offer the same discounted rate and will not identify you as part of the Connect conference group.

Can I get a discounted hotel rate before or after the conference?

We are pleased to offer a discounted group rate, starting at $270.00/night for up to five (5) days before and five (5) days after the conference, based on hotel availability. This is a huge savings, as normal room rates average $375-$500+ per night. This is subject to resort fee, sales & occupancy tax (currently 12.5%).

Our group rate is also guaranteed to be the lowest available rate at the hotel, so you can book with confidence!

Will there be high-speed Internet access in the guest rooms?

Yes, complimentary guest room Internet access is included in the hotel room rate.

Registration Questions

When is my registration payment due?

Payment is due at time of registration via all major credit/debit cards.

If registration fees have not been received prior to attending the conference, a credit card will be required upon check-in in order for you to attend the conference.

Need help convincing your boss to approve attending Connect?

What if I need to cancel?

Things happen. We understand. Here’s how cancellation refunds work:

* If you cancel on or before August 31, 2024, you’ll get a full refund of the amount paid.
* After August 31, 2024, if you cancel your registration we will not provide a refund of the registration fees paid (regardless of whether or not you attend the Conference). You may, however, transfer your registration to someone else (see below).

To cancel your registration (and get your refund, if applicable), you will need to log in and modify your registration and click the “cancel registration” button, or you can notify us in writing at connect@e2open.com and let us know you want to cancel your registration for the Conference. If you are entitled to a refund, it will automatically be issued. If you reserved a hotel room during registration, your hotel reservation will also be automatically cancelled.

To transfer your registration, please contact us at connect@e2open.com for assistance.

Do I need to register for breakout sessions?

Breakout session signup and the ability to build your personal agenda will be available approximately two weeks prior to the event via the conference mobile app. You will be notified via email when the app is available for download, however, signing up is not required for most sessions in advance. The mobile app will offer easy access to build your personalized agenda and make the most of your time at Connect 2024!

Is there a discount for larger groups?

Yes, we offer one free registration for every three paid passes, so “Buy 3, Get 1 Free”. To take advantage of this offer, you will need to register as a group. Once you have three registrations, the fourth will automatically discount. If you have any issues, contact connect@e2open.com.
