How to book your hotel room:

The hotel booking is integrated with the conference registration. While you are registering for Connect 2024, you will be asked if you wish to book lodging, and your check-in and check-out dates. Once you complete your Connect 2024 registration, you will receive a confirmation of your hotel booking as well in the same email. No deposits, no hassle!

If you have already registered, and need to book your hotel or make a change to your existing hotel reservation, simply modify your conference registration to make the necessary changes.

Room Rates:

We are pleased to offer a discounted group rate, starting at $270.00/night for up to three (3) days before and three (3) days after the conference, based on hotel availability. This is a huge savings, as normal room rates average $375-$500+ per night. This is subject to resort fee, sales & occupancy tax (currently 12.5%).

Our group rate is also guaranteed to be the lowest available rate at the hotel, so you can book with confidence!
